  I arrived at About Face and instantly felt comfortable when greeted by the friendly staff. We had a nice general chat before I went into see Dr Campey. Dr Campey was professional and caring and did a full assessment of my health making sure I was safe to have the Coolsculpting/Clattu treatments. He then introduced me to Melissa their expert in fat freezing. Melissa was very friendly and full of so much information on the treatment. I instantly felt comfortable and safe. Melissa looked at my areas of concern and explained how we would do the treatment. After marking the areas to be treated I sat up on the comfortable bed. I looked around the room and saw nibbles and drinks and also a TV which I could watch Netflix. Melissa applied the gel pads to the areas which was a bit cool and made me laugh. She then applied the first application to the stomach, it sucked my skin in which was weird, not painful but like a grabbing affect. After 5 mins though it was numb and it didn't bother me. I had two areas treated at the same time. After an hour Melissa removed the hand pieces and started to massage the area. She had said this was important as it helped give a more effective result. It was exciting seeing the frozen lump of fat, it felt strange to touch as it was numb and cold. After the massage though it had flattened out. I was just excited to see my results. Melissa said to come back for a review in 6 weeks. It can take up to 3 months to get the full result though. I was so excited I had the treatment and can't wait to see the results. My whole experience was awesome. Watching Netflix and relaxing while having a treatment. Dr Campey, Melissa and staff were so attentive to all my needs, I felt important and in good hands. While they are professional they sure do have that caring touch. Thank you so much guys, I can't wait to come back for my next areas.
